Hey Everyone,

I am now an absolute believer. I remember when I got the Get The Edge program, the one section I could never really get into was the part about incantations. I mean running around and muttering to yourself never seemed like a smart thing to do. Well, since Date With Destiny, that has all changed.

INCANTATIONS ARE FREAKING AMAZING!!!!!!

I now get up at 5.30 in the morning and jump straight into my trainers and my Chicago Bulls hoodie and head straight out the door. No rationalisation, no bullshit. Get up and GO!

So, now it’s GO TIME! I start to jog and I start my incantations with my primary question.

“How can I love and appreciate even more all the joy, love and uniqueness I have within my soul and use it to serve others right now!”

After a couple of incantations I really start to feel it in my body. I start feeling this surge of energy from within. Within 5 minutes I am ABSOLUTELY buzzing and ready to kick some butt. So you can imagine how I feel after doing this for 45 minutes to an hour. And the stacking effect over a few days or a week is unbelievable.

Here are some of the things I’ve learned that have helped me ease into Incantations:

Start Small
If I knew only 5 minutes was going to give me the buzz I got, I would have started this a LONG time ago. All it takes is 5 minutes with total commitment and you will be oozing strength, confidence and joy.

Feel It
Really get Stuck in! Even if its for 5 minutes. I found that if I gave 100% for 5 minutes, I ALWAYS feel the shift. I also noticed the more intense I got into it, the faster I would start running. So I would recommend starting small but giving it everything you got!

Stop Thinking
I always kept judging the effects of incantations WHILE I was doing them. And if I didn’t feel the results straight away I felt like a failure. The best thing I’ve learnt is to get out of my own head. Just feel the incantations. I learnt to go easy on myself. Doing this approximately right is still worth celebrating.

Emphasise
Like Joe (Williams) said at DWD sound out EVERY word of your incantations. It makes a HUGE difference. It works like a laser beam and gets you to feel EVERY word of your incantation so it gets ingrained into your body.

Be Creative/Playful
I woke up this morning and felt a little off. I didn’t feel as courageous (one of my values) as I would have liked. So I tweaked my primary question a little bit. I decided to ADD courageous into my primary question. Just for today .
